QFileIconProvider on Windows does not show icons for .lnk files

    Description

      On Windows (definitely on Vista Home and some others), QFileIconProvider does not return correct icons for .lnk files (shortcuts).
      All the icons look as undefined type + small arrow in the bottom-left corner, instead of target icon.
