Enable setting resize origin for zooming

Resizing the contents of a Flickable needs sometimes to be done interactively (for example, a zoom slider). However, controlling the position of the view is quite difficult in the current setting if the content widget size is changing as a response to the user actions. It would be easier for the developer to be able to set the transform origin point which would remain fixed during zooming.
