Measurement formatting enhancement.

      Qt provides the ability to suggest whether "imperial" or "metric" measurement should be used for a specific locale. But it doesn't tell the caller whether the measurement should be localized or not. Many English developers assume that all countries accept English notation like "ft", "mph", "m", "kph", etc. That is not true. Some countries actually want these localized.

      It would be valuable for Qt to provide a list of commonly used localized measurement units so callers can display them in whatever locale and know it'll be properly localized (sort of like month and date of the week names). Some commonly used units to start with include:

      (for length) feet, inch, meter, millimeter
      (for driving) mph, kph
      (for weight) pound, ounce, gram, milligram
