qmake should create makefiles that put generated ui_*.h files in debug/release subdirs

    Description

      When configured with CONFIG+=debug_and_release the generated Makefile(.debug|.release) should put uic generated files into subdirs debug|release.
      All other generated files end up there (moc, rcc, .o etc) except the uic generated files.
