make QDoubleValidator return Intermediate state for all possible number format (including '-')

Allow any well-formated number to be considered Intermediate since this would support editing any pasted number. The current inconsistency (ie. '-' => Invalid if bottom = 0.0) gives the illusion that QDoubleValidator will prevent entering of out of range values.
