Cannot remove the title bar of a default QDockWidget

      Calling QDockWidget::setTitleBarWidget(0) fails to remove the existing title bar widget for a newly-created dock widget.
      Perhaps the default configuration is a special case, and there is no default title bar widget, and this call only works when a widget has already been set.
