Qt should expose virtual keyboard area to applications

    Description

      On handheld devices a virtual keyboard that is opened on top of the application is commonly used. Application side needs to react upon this by ensuring that the widget stays on visible area after the virtual keyboard is opened. Qt should provide a mechanism for setting and getting this information.

      On Meegotouch side there now exists interface for this on MInputMethodState.
