Mac style: Too small QTreeWidgetItem margins.

    Description

      Qt's tree widget items have too small left margin between the left border of tree widget and the expandable triangle (qt_tree.png, 2 pixels) comparing to mac style (mac_tree.png 10 pixels).

      Compare e.g. "finder" in list view mode to qt tree widget on mac.
