    Description

KDE's font alignment has some problems when a font called "Hirogino Sans GB" is
      used.
This font is copied from MacOSX.I use it only because it looks nicer than
      other Chinese fonts.
The comma, question mark and period(a ring in Chinese character) is too wide and
when mixed with characters and you can see it in the attachment or http://imgur.com/Dkdws
In firefox or other gtk programs there's no problems. So i guess it is KDE related. When I report a bug in KDE i was told it is qt related and to report the bug here.
