QAccessible switchable at startup

      Under Windows, if an accessible interface is created, Qt creates native widgets everywhere, rather than alien widgets. This results in slower graphic performances and flickering when resizing large UIs.

      To avoid this, it should be possible to disable this system at runtime, when starting Qt.
