Lighthouse: Make applications that use QSessionManager compile

      <Mek> when compiling a program that expects QSessionManager to exist? not linking errors, QT_NO_SESSIONMANAGER is always defined on QPA, so qsessionmanager.h is just effectively an empty file, so whenever I have code that tries to call methods in that class it complains about only having a forward declaration
