Accessibility wrongly forces the creation of the native window handles

    Description

      Qt Accessibility implementation forces the creation of the native window handles on Windows, which is correct - that is the intentional behaviour of the QAccessible interface.

      However on Windows 7 it does it even when accessibility is not required, i.e. when there is no accessibility application running (like a screen reader).

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. QTBUG-15912 Qt creates Native widgets for the widgets that are touch enabled even if Qt::AA_DontCreateNativeWidgetSiblings is set at application level
