Assistant prints warnings 'Could not load translation file qt_C in ...' when launched with environment variable LANG=C set

      On Linux, launch:
      LANG=C assistant

      Note the warnings:
      Could not load translation file assistant_C in directory .../translations.
      Could not load translation file qt_C in directory /depot/.../translations.
      Could not load translation file qt_help_C in directory .../translations.

      whereas the other tools (Qt Designer, Qt Linguist) are silent. The translator loading code should be aligned.
