Make Qt Script build in the modularized repository.

This consists of three steps, each which must be fulfilled:

1. Qt Script must be moved into its own module repo.
2. Qt Script must build in this repo.
3. Qt Script must be added to the master build script that builds everything, and must build successully from there.
