QFileDialog: include flags for displaying hidden files when using native file dialogs

It is currently possible to view hidden files by utilizing a non-native QFileDialog, and selecting view hidden files from the associated context menu. There is not equivalent to this functionality when using native dialogs on their respective platforms via QFileDialog. Designers should be able to specify whether hidden files are displayed or not when instantiating native file dialogs.
