QWidget::scroll(int, int, const QRect &) is broken on OS X Cocoa

      QWidget::scroll(int, int, const QRect &) is broken on OS X Cocoa, the X coordinate of the rectangle is not taken into account in the subsequent paintEvent() call. This is only visible when using a non-zero value for X (and possibly Y).
