Mouse events are being handled as if no mask was set on a child widget

      Mouse events are being handled as if no mask was set on a widget. In the example, if you move the mouse over the blue squares then it will increase the number on the square. However this should not happen as there is a sibling widget over the top which should be getting the events.

      This only fails with Mac OS X - Cocoa, Carbon works fine and so does Windows.
