QTextEdit drag and drop text cuts, should copy.

    Description

      If you select some text and drag 'n drop it to another application, the text will be cut'n paste.

      There seems to be some general confusion on what this behavior should be.

      KWord does not cut but copies,
      WordPag cuts
      MS Word copies
      Notepad2 copies
