Tabified dock widgets: Make it possible to drag out the tabs

    Description

      1. Should be able to drag out the tabs.
      2. Is vertical tabs a good idea? (VS always uses horizontal tabs)
      3. Having dockwidget title bar when inside a tab seems superfluous. (Please have a look how VS solves this)

      Just suggestions. Feel free to consider and ignore
