QTabBar: Add scrollButtonStyle

    Description

      When the left right arrows are used on a QTabBar with many tabs both appear on the right hand side of the tab widget.

      With some applications (Firefox for example) the left button is on the left of the tab widget.

      It would be nice to have an option to control this behavior with a scrollButtonStyle property or similar.
