Using QS60Style crashes application on Symbian^3 (C7)

The attached application runs ok on Simulator, but crashes on C7 phone.
The test case is pretty minimal. The layout used on page2 is ripped of an actual application, so is probably a bit more complex than required to cause the crash.

There are two code paths to crash the emulator, one is just
QMessageBox::information(), other one moderately complex layout.

Changing the style used in main.cpp to QWindowsStyle makes it work, but phone theme is then not inherited.
