issues about phonon API for 9.2 sp2 ,metadata and wma

I am writing a media player app by phonon API for 9.2 sp2 platform. I was blocked by below issues, could anyone please provide solutions for it? Thanks a lot.

1/it can run on emulator but doesn't work on mobile phone.
I create an app as attachment, it can run and play url resource("http://myopusradio.com:8000/easy") on emulator (the AP need to set in advance). But if I created sisx package and installed it to mobile phone, it doesn't work. From my debug, It looks that the phonon APIs don't response my app's request on mobile phone.

2/meta data such as ARTIST, ALBUM, GENRE, DESCRIPTION and etc.,are unavailable.

3/ WMA station can't be played.
I failed in playing the wma station: http://71.92.142.70/kapllive on emulator, it is an available internet station and it can be played by Windows Media Player.
