QTextCursor reproducable crash

      The simple attached sample causes a crash:
      1) Run
      2) Click to move the edit curosr at the end of "Hello"
      3) Press Backspace to try erasing the 'o'
      -> crash in QTextCursorPrivate::blockLayout (all the time).
      I think this did not happen in 4.7.0
