Text height and background drawing can sometimes be incorrect in a Flickable

    Description

      In certain circumstances when a Text element is in a Flickable, the height of the Text element is reported incorrectly, so if you set the content height of the Flickable to match that of the Text, a line of text is not visible in the content area.

      Additionally, the background colour of the text is not draw for the last line.

      This can be observed in the attached project. The red background should not be visible behind the text.
