Add NOTIFY signals to Flipable.front/back (patch attached)

You might want to use Flipable.front/back in bindings, which currently leads to warnings about missing notify signals.

They can't be marked as CONSTANT since they are just write-once, so not necessarily already initialized on creation. Hence the attached patch adds NOTIFY signals for these properties instead.
