Windows: mouse move event is sometimes not posted when doing a dnd operation over a QTreeView

    Description

      When using drag and drop, the mouse move event is not always posted.

      For example when dragging above a QTreeView and highlighting the item under the mouse it can be seen that it is possible to drag over that
      item without it being selected.
