Text cannot be copied from QML editors on Symbian

Run attached qml example with qmlviewer on Symbian^3 device. Click on the shown text input field to open a fullscreen virtual keyboard. Drag your finger on top of the text to select. Click a button with a option icon to open input options menu. There is no copy, cut or paste actions available. Now open the virtual keyboard on native Messaging or Notes applications, copying, pasteing and cutting works fine. Tested on top of sha e46c44f9538dbe5b44ce61d3a42403cfa471ae8b.
