Make widget orientation work reasonably on Symbian

    Description

      The fix for QTBUG-11785 introduces very simple behaviour for controlling orientation with QWidget attributes. The app orientation is set whenever a widget has one of these attributes set, and at no other time.

      It would be better if app orientation was set according to the currently active top-level full screen widget. That way, different widgets could have different orientations.
