Allow setting of initial property values of Loader's item object

Just as the createObject() now allow properties to be set at the time of object
construction, objects constructed using a Loader need this too. This is needed
to allow properties of the constructed object to be given their initial value
without for example triggering associated property Behaviors (as is the case when
setting the item's values in the Loader's onLoaded).
