Expose qtTr and qtTrId as synonyms to qsTr and qsTrId for QtScript/QML

    Description

      It can be confusing that you have to use qsTrId in QML and qtTrId in C+. Unless there's a good reason not to, we should expose qtTr and qtTrId as well, to have a consistent way to translate between C+ and QML.
