Item focus is not tied to canvas focus

We can get e.g. a blinking cursor in a TextInput even when QSGView does not have focus (so no key events actually get sent to the TextInput).

For reference, QGraphicsScene clears "active" focus when focused out (and saves a pointer to the last focus item for when focus is regained). Perhaps we need to do something similar?
