Make sure $QTDIR/plugins/qmldebugging/tcpserver.dll is found in windows release builds

    Description

      For release builds, qmake automatically replaces the 'debug' in the target path with 'release', moving the plugin to '$QTDIR/plugins/qmlreleaseging/tcpserver.dll'. The plugin then won't be found at runtime, breaking all debugging / profiling functionality of QtDeclarative.
