QtQuick3D Qt Creator Integration

Inside a tab in Qt Creator / Qt SDK a 3D viewport allows loading and viewing of a 3D model. Here the model can be rotated, translated and scaled by comparison with a reference grid, until it is a suitable size and orientation to fit the QtQuick application it is to be used in.

A "Save" function may then be triggered, as for any other resource/file in a QtQuick project. This causes a QML file to be created/updated with the details of the model and the transformations applied to it. This file functions as a QML reusable component that is placed into the QtQuick project, and which may be referenced using QML code in QtQuick files.
