Incorrect Printing of QGraphicsScene/QGraphicsView with QPrinter::PdfFormat

    Description

      QPrinter seems to ignore cosmetic pens, when printing with setOutputFormat(QPrinter::PdfFormat).
      The attached application demonstrates the problem:
      Some vectors are being displayed on a QGraphicsScene/QGraphicsView, which is then rendered on a printer for printing.
      When the vectors are smaller than 1 pixel, the rendering of the view is correct, expect when the output format of QPrinter is set to PdfFormat. In this case the cosmetic pen is ignored.
