BC exception for qtestlib is not documented

    Description

      qtestlib was never intended to be included in a production Qt-based application and therefore was never intended to adhere to the Binary Compatibility promises that we make for the rest of the Qt libs. Unfortunately, it appears that this intention was never formally documented in the Qt documentation.
