QNetworkAccessManager::networkAccessible() always returns QNetworkAccessManager::UnknownAccessibility

      Creating a QNetworkAccessManager object and calling its networkAccessible() function always returns QNetworkAccessManager::UnknownAccessibility. This occurs on both Windows 7 and MeeGo when the same object is able to perform successful get operations. This also occurs when all network interfaces on the systems are disabled.
