physicalDepth returns invalid result on some printers on Mac

    Description

      If the printer driver doesn't provide a "quality" setting in the dialog, then physicalDpiX/Y returns 0 (or an incorrect value, i.e 72). On printers with such a setting, pysicalDpiX/Y return the value set in the dialog.
