Use Harfbuzz for shaping text on Mac where applicable

      Because there are cases which Harfbuzz supports, but which is not supported by CoreText's native shaper, there is currently a platform regression in Qt when it comes to text handling.

      To close the gap, we could use Harfbuzz for shaping text on Mac as well, only falling back to the native engine for AAT fonts. We might want to make this configurable when compiling Qt.
