QFileDialog on windows requires case correct UNC path

      When using QFileDialog on windows and passing the initial directory, if the initial directory is a UNC path, then it seems that the directory list is not populated if the case is wrong. The "look in" entry will list the folder with the correct case but the tree will be empty. Moving back one directory and choosing the same directory again load properly.
