TextInput and TextEdit positionAt() methods shouldn't return cursor positions within preedit text.

The cursor position is a position within the current text of the TextInput or TextEdit which doesn't include preedit text. Including the positions within the preedit text extends the cursor range beyond the length of the text and adds an effectively random offset to any access past the current cursor position.
