Lazy in-place pixel format conversion for fromSymbianCFbsBitmap

    Description

      fromSymbianCFbsBitmap should always just duplicate handle and do in-place conversion just before GPU upload without modifying original pixels.
      In most of the cases conversion should not happen and pixels should be uploaded in a same format as in original CFbsBitmap.
