QState::assignProperty feature should take a restorePolicy

      Description

      The assignProperty feature of QState is useful, but it should be possible to decide on a by-property basis whether it should be restored on exit, overriding the global restore policy.

      This is available in the QML implementation of states and transitions and is very useful.
