Because QtDeclarative uses QtScript which uses JavaScriptCore, distribution of programs with JSC have certain obligations under the LGPL. The QtScript documentation notes this, but the QtQuick documentation does not. It is important for vendors shipping Qt with QtDeclarative and QtScript to know that they have obligations under the LGPL, so a notice should be put on the main QtDeclarative page.
