QPainter drawing rect is offset 1-pixel incorrectly on Symbian^3 (OpenVG)

When I use QPainter::drawRect, with the pen set to NoPen and the brush set to any colour, the drawn rectangle is drawn offset by 1-pixel to the right. I have attached a sample project showing this, on other platforms it is fine but the problem occurs only in Symbian^3. The sample project draws a dark rectangle using QPainter in the paint event on top of a white background. On Symbian^3 this is shows as a white line on the left edge of the application.
