QCommonStyle::sizeFromContents() may return wrong margins

QCommonStyle::sizeFromContents() may return wrong margins in the case where the icon is empty.

Rejected:
This is not reported as an actual LAF bug and it's bug status is not clear. The affected code has remained like this for a long time and size calculations in commonstyle cannot change for its own sake as it will break or affect all Qt styles.
