When specifying a library to be found via -l in the LIBS variable, it doesn't pick up the right one if the latest starts with 0

    Description

      When specifying a library to be found via -l in the LIBS variable, it doesn't pick up the right one if the latest starts with 0, the 0 ends up getting stripped from the library name in the Makefile.
