Create seperate subdirectories under examples and demos for the Qt Quick code, as opposed to the C++ code.

Use wrapper main.cpp launcher stubs that simply creates a declarative view and calls the qml file. This will enable the QML examples to be deployed on Symbian more easily, and also should make things a lot nicer on all platforms.

The qml files, and other resources will need to be deployed along with the app.
