HTTP cache: improve performance

      ... by e.g.

      • keeping some resources in memory instead of always saving them to disk
      • have a worker thread for saving elements to disk / loading elements from disk
      • somehow prevent files being written to disk whenever the Date header changes (which is needed to calculate the age of a resource, see QTBUG-18740)

      This might result in a new class deriving from QAbstractNetworkCache or changes in the current QNetworkDiskCache.
