Apps using cleanup stack in threads panic with Qt 4.8 on Symbian

    Description

      CTrapCleanup::New() is not called at all in the new native Symbian thread implementation thas was introduced in Qt 4.8.
      This results in E32USER-CBASE 69 panics in any application that tries to use the cleanup stack in a non-gui thread.
      In 4.7 this worked because OpenC creates a cleanup stack automatically.
