When building with the configure command line options "-plugin-sql-mysql -plugin-sql-odbc -system-sqlite", none of the above plugins are built when running "nmake" on Windows XP with the MSVC 2008 Express compiler. The SQL plugins have to be built manually.

I discovered this when running "nmake docs" that none of the SQL drivers were available. After building the plugins, the documentation built successfully (although many files and functions were apparently not found, to judge from the errors and warnings which appeared when running "nmake docs").
